Fablaz ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled. Unlike many apps, Fablaz does not require account registration, login, or personal identification to use its core features (dual-camera recording, Shape Editor, in-app Gallery). All data generated through your use of the App is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it via the App's sharing features. This policy outlines what data we collect (if any), how it is used, and how we protect your privacy while you use Fablaz's creative tools.
2.1 No Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Collection: Fablaz does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. Since no account is required to use the App, there is no association between your usage data and your identity.
2.2 Local Device Data: The only data stored by Fablaz is the media content (photos, videos) you create using the App, which is saved exclusively to your device's local storage and in-app Gallery. Additionally, the App may store small amounts of local configuration data (e.g., your Shape Editor preferences, coin balance, Gallery settings) to enhance your user experience. This data never leaves your device unless you initiate sharing via the App's features.
2.3 Optional Usage Data (Non-Identifiable): Fablaz may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., number of dual-camera recordings, most used Shape Editor features) to improve App performance and develop new features. This data is completely anonymous, cannot be traced back to individual users, and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You may opt out of this anonymous data collection at any time via the App's settings menu.
3.1 Content Ownership and Access: All media content you create with Fablaz is owned by you, and only you have access to this content. The App developers do not have access to your Gallery, media files, or configuration data unless you explicitly share it with us (e.g., for technical support purposes).
3.2 Third-Party Access: Fablaz does not share any user data (local or anonymous) with third-party advertisers, analytics companies, or data brokers. The only time third-party services may access your data is if you use the App's sharing features to send content to external platforms (e.g., social media), in which case the data is transmitted directly from your device to the third-party platform (we do not mediate or store this data).
3.3 Coin System Data: Your coin balance and usage history are stored locally on your device and are not synced to external servers. Coins are tied to your device's local storage, so transferring coins to another device is not possible unless you manually back up and restore your App data.
4.1 Local Data Protection: Fablaz uses standard device security protocols to protect your local content and configuration data. However, the security of your data ultimately depends on your device's built-in security features (e.g., passcode, biometric authentication). We recommend enabling device encryption to protect your in-app Gallery content from unauthorized access.
4.2 No Cloud Storage: Fablaz does not automatically sync your content to cloud servers, which eliminates the risk of cloud data breaches affecting your privacy. If you choose to back up your Gallery content to cloud storage, this is done through your device's native cloud services (not Fablaz), and we are not responsible for the security of third-party cloud platforms.
4.3 Data Deletion: You may delete your Fablaz data (media content, configuration settings, coin balance) at any time by clearing the App's cache, deleting content from the in-app Gallery, or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling Fablaz will permanently remove all local App data from your device (please back up your Gallery content before uninstallation).
When you use Fablaz's sharing features (unlocked with earned coins), you control what content is shared and with whom. The App does not add watermarks, track shared content, or collect data about your sharing activity. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share complies with the privacy rights of others (e.g., obtaining consent before sharing content that includes other people).
Fablaz is intended for general use and does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data (identifiable or anonymous) from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has used the App and provided any identifiable information (though account-less usage makes this unlikely), we will delete any such data immediately from our anonymous analytics (if applicable).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in App features or privacy practices. Any updates will be notified to you via in-app notifications, and the revised policy will be available within the App's settings menu. Continued use of Fablaz after policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
