Fablaz ("the App") is a dual-camera creative application developed to provide users with a seamless experience of capturing moments using both front and rear cameras simultaneously. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement, which governs your use of all features including dual-camera recording, Shape Editor, in-app Gallery, and coin-based sharing functionality. No account registration is required to access and use the core features of Fablaz, ensuring immediate access to its creative tools.
2.1 Dual-Camera Recording: Fablaz enables simultaneous recording with front and rear cameras to create Picture-in-Picture (PiP) effects. You may use this feature for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized by the App developers. The App ensures no UI interference during video recording or photo capture, and you agree to use this feature in compliance with applicable regional laws regarding media capture and privacy of others.
2.2 Shape Editor Customization: The intuitive Shape Editor allows customization of the mini-preview window with adjustable borders, color schemes, and shapes (circles, rounded rectangles, etc.). You retain full creative control over these customizations, but may not use the Editor to create content that violates community guidelines (e.g., offensive, harmful, or infringing content). All customizations are stored locally on your device unless you choose to save them to the in-app Gallery.
2.3 High-Definition Media Capture: Fablaz supports silent HD photo capture and smooth dual-perspective video recording. You acknowledge that the quality of captured media may vary based on your device's hardware capabilities, and the App developers are not responsible for media quality issues arising from device limitations. Silent capture features are designed to avoid UI interference, and you agree to use this feature responsibly without disrupting others.
3.1 Gallery Storage: All media created using Fablaz is stored in your personal in-app Gallery, which is accessible only on your device (no cloud sync unless explicitly enabled by you). You are responsible for backing up your Gallery content, as the App developers cannot recover lost or deleted media.
3.2 Coin-Based Sharing: Coins are earned through regular App usage (e.g., creating content, using new features) and can be used to unlock sharing functionalities for your favorite memories. Coins are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for real currency, and have no monetary value. The App reserves the right to adjust coin-earning mechanisms or sharing features at any time, with prior notice to users via in-app notifications.
You agree to use Fablaz only for lawful purposes and to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others. You may not: (a) use the App to capture or share content that invades others' privacy; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App's code; (c) use the App to distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content; (d) exploit the App for commercial gain without written permission from the developers.
All media content (photos, videos) created using Fablaz is owned exclusively by you. The App developers do not claim ownership of your content, nor do they have the right to use, share, or distribute your content without your explicit consent. You grant the App a limited, non-exclusive license to store your content locally on your device and to enable sharing features as directed by you.
Fablaz may receive regular updates to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance user experience. You agree to install updates when prompted, as outdated versions may not function correctly or may lack critical features. The App may introduce new features or discontinue existing ones, and this agreement will apply to all modified versions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Fablaz is provided "as is" for personal use. The developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from: (a) device compatibility problems; (b) loss of content due to device failure, user error, or Gallery deletion; (c) interruptions to App functionality caused by internet outages or device issues; (d) misuse of the App in violation of this agreement. The App is designed for creative personal use, and the developers make no guarantees regarding the suitability of the App for specific purposes.
